Programmatic Ad Ops Manager
Silverpush is growing! Silverpush created the world’s first in-video context detection platform for YouTube and recently celebrated its 10th year anniversary. The company has offices across the globe and partners with all the main holding companies across APAC, UAE, and the US. With over 200 active brands including some of the world’s largest and most well-recognized; P&G, Unilever, Nestle, J&J, Apple, BMW, and many more. We are now hiring in the UK with plans to expand across Europe.
At Silverpush, we are looking for a Programmatic Ad Ops Manager. This role will include tasks such as collecting information for the onboarding of programmatic products, technical ad server and demand source account setups, analytical reporting, and data-driven optimizations as well as communication of processes and status to our publisher clients.
Here’s is what you’ll do:
- Serve as ad ops lead for internal and client-driven programmatic projects and integrations.
- Foster and manage relationships with various programmatic stakeholders, including publisher clients, demand source contacts, and internal teams.
- Manage programmatic implementations for a wide variety of clients, which typically involves setting up, optimizing and/or consulting on AdX/OB, header bidding, and configuration of various demand sources and reporting platforms.
- Manage and update documentation detailing different aspects of operations, optimizations, and training.
- Coordinate programmatic tasks performed by various internal and external teams, including technical/development integrations and testing.
- Conduct ongoing reviews of ad servers, demand sources and other technical implementations to ensure they are performing optimally.
- Troubleshoot technical integrations and provide feasible solutions along with instructions to resolve issues.
Here’s is what we’re looking for:
- 3+ years working in online ad operations in a technical and client-facing role.
- Broad understanding of ad-serving solutions and programmatic technologies across desktop, mobile, and video platforms.
- Experience troubleshooting discrepancies and ad rendering issues and providing creative ways to solve for them.
- Experience working with programmatic demand sources.
- Experience working with Ad Manager 360, SpringServe, or other similar platforms.
