Job Description

Silverpush is looking for a self-starter, intelligent Account Manager with a strong understanding of the digital eco- system especially in Video and programmatic to develop and close sales deals with leading media agencies. You will join our growing APAC Sales team and work with a Thailand-focused GTM team to drive revenue through media sales.

As a Sales Manager, you will champion Silverpush’s industry-leading Video AI while growing your career and making significant earnings in the process.

Here’s is what you’ll do:

  • Industry knowledge and proven achievement with a love for learning and doing new things.
  • Min 3-5 years of experience of prospecting and closing large IO business deals.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — a persistent self-starter, unaffected by rejection, or intimidated by competition.
  • A hunter who is able to roll-up sleeves and do things an intern and lead a C-Suite presentation later in the same day.
  • Strong relationship with media agencies and In-house media teams in Vietnam market.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle process and be the point of contact for clients.
  • Comfortable working with Customer Success, Ad Operations and finance teams to follow through a campaign from PO/IO to presenting a Post Campaign Analysis.
  • Ability to win repeat business through exceptional service and customer relationship.
  • Marketer mentality — able to put yourself in client’s shoes and imagine how effective marketing will move clients to take action, everything from sales decks, campaign performance, relevant creatives to campaign performance, data analysis, etc.
  • Lead a proven sales methodology, while keeping a customer centric approach and long-term partnership with the client’s business objectives.
  • Able to listen and probe for product requirements and describe these requirements in language that both engineers and business leads understand.

      Senior Sales Manager

      Silverpush is growing! Silverpush created the world’s first in-video context detection platform for YouTube and recently celebrated its 10th year anniversary. The company has offices across the globe and partners with all the main holding companies across APAC, UAE, Europe and North America. With over 200 active brands including some of the world’s largest and most well-recognized; P&G, Unilever, Nestle, J&J, Apple, BMW, and many more. We are now hiring in the UK with plans to expand across Europe.

      Here’s what you will do:

      • Business development: Identifying, evaluating and partnering with India media agencies and brands to position Silverpush as the leading partner in the YouTube space. This role will require you to take ownership of an agency patch and deliver revenue against it.
      • Account Management: You’ll be required to develop a strategy and manage the day-to-day relationships to ensure revenue growth, monitor performance daily to ensure proper delivery and troubleshoot or escalate issues immediately.
        Monitoring & analyzing your portfolio’s day-to-day activities to identify opportunities / challenges.
      • Understanding partner’s needs, developing custom commercial & technical offers when needed.
      • Developing marketing materials with our marketing team for the India market.
      • Identifying other strategic relationships in order to drive incremental revenue.
      • Responsible for driving revenue across our YouTube product including managed service/self-serve & hybrid ways of working.

      Here’s what we’re looking for:

      • Minimum 3-5 years agency sales experience. A confident self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit, with a can do attitude and someone used to consistently overachieving against their sales targets.
      • Significant experience selling video advertising to Tier 1 agencies specifically within YouTube, social and/or video (CTV). Programmatic sales experience a plus.
      • Adept at building valuable business relationships across agencies, respected by peers and able to influence key decision makers.
      • Ideally have sold managed service and have an understanding of the various buying models across agency groups and where those sit.
      • Able to identify and create new business opportunities and able to build and grow a strong pipeline.
      • Ability to articulate business and product needs and proactively propose ideas to increase the revenue.
      • Team player with excellent analytical and social skills.
      • Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on time management and organization.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
      • Strong book of key decision makers and day-to-day individuals within the Indian market.
