Inside Sales (BDR)
Silverpush is growing! Silverpush created the world’s first in-video context detection platform for YouTube and recently celebrated its 10th year anniversary. The company has offices across the globe and partners with all the main holding companies across APAC, UAE, Europe and North America. With over 200 active brands including some of the world’s largest and most well-recognized; P&G, Unilever, Nestle, J&J, Apple, BMW, and many more. We are now hiring in the UK with plans to expand across Europe.
The BDR role is a target-based position on our new Inside Sales Team created to support our Sales Team efforts. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), we are looking for you to bring a passion for connecting with prospects, understanding business issues, educating, and creating interest in marketing solutions that drive introductions to your teammates on the Sales Team.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need a strong work ethic and the ability to be a high performer. You will need to quickly identify, qualify, and engage with a high volume of leads and prospects daily. We will teach and guide you and provide the assets required to succeed, but success is determined by your efforts and will make an immediate impact.
Here is what you’ll do:
- Conduct high-level conversations at all levels of an organization with excellent skill.
- Outreach to prospects via email, social, phone, and other forms of communication.
- Identify new prospects, qualify potential, generate interest, and set meetings.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Factoreal platform features, industry expertise, pricing plans, and offerings.
- Participate in and contribute to supporting other team members to succeed together.
- Deliver against sales targets and pipeline commitments.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create high-conversion lead generation campaigns and the right messaging and pitch toward customers.
- Continually develop your digital industry knowledge and sales acumen.
Here’s is what you’re looking for:
- 2+ Years of inside sales or sales experience.
- Strong virtual sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven success in a target-driven new business sales role – meeting and exceeding salesquota in a team- based environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, high energy, and positive attitude.

The technology has been in the market for over 8 years now and we are now present across 18 countries including India.
